Congratulations to Dr. Ghaith Abu-Zeinah for receiving one of the prestigious 2024 ASH Scholar Awards.
The American Society of Hematology (ASH) Scholar Awards are given each year to fellows and junior faculty who are dedicated to hematology research. This award offers support, resources, and mentorship to emerging scholars during their transition from training to establishing independent careers as investigators in hematology.
Dr. Abu-Zeinah was selected as a Junior Faculty Scholar in Clinical Research and will receive $150,000 toward myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) research utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. He was one of 36 recipients this year.
